I work at the Antique Mall of Mountain Home, AR. We are
open 7 days a week. Antiques are kind of like drugs, once you
start, it is hard to stop. Working in antiques ususally leads to other things.
Collecting different types of things. In our house there are at least 5 different collections: nutcrackers, Barbies, advertizing mirrors, Santas, and pretty pices of glassware and china.
There is another thing that goes with antiques really well, genealogy. I started helping my mom a couple of years ago and I'm hooked. Not too long ago I was looking for some family members and found out alot of information. It is like hitting the lottery.
I also enjoy watching the local high school band perform. The high school
here has a wonderful band, and usually wins several awards every year. I got hooked on band when I was in school in CA. I went to Norwalk HIgh School. I recently found some of my friends from school and that has been wonderful.
Bowling is something that I do to relax with my husband. I'm not very good, but sometimes I get lucky and have a decent game.
